Have you heard of this upcoming trend called Slow Stitching?  It's not really new because what it means is basically hand sewing with mindfulness.  So, that being said it couldn't just be called hand sewing.  That sounds too boring.  Don't you think?  Someone over in the UK or another part of the world as the story is told, came up with calling it slow stitching.  Or, you could call it slow sewing.

At any rate it's becoming so popular to women who want to slow down and experience mindfulness moments that it's known around the world.  I've put together a video series on my YouTube channel telling you all about it and who can learn and why you should even want to.
